Only make payments in the currency stated on your invoice.
If you make payment in a currency that is different from that stated on your invoice, OPEX may not receive sufficient funds (after exchange rates and costs are applied) to settle your invoice, and the original invoice would therefore remain due.
If you would prefer to be invoiced in a different currency, please contact us.
You accept that an additional Payment Fee of 1.5% (of your invoice total) will apply to payments made using American Express cards. There is no Payment Fee for other card types.
If you make a payment by American Express, but do not select the Amex Payment fee, then the Payment Fee will remain due, and the original invoice shall remain unsettled (and late payment fees may apply).
In the case of mistakes or overpayment, please contact us to arrange a prompt refund. By using this Online Invoice Settlement system, you agree that OPEX may deduct a handling fee of 3% from any refund resulting from a mistake made by you, to cover our non-recoverable costs in accepting your original payment.
