Errata for Edition 3

Here is list of errata for Edition 3.  These errors exist only in copies shipped up until the 1st June 2011.  All copies shipped after this date have been corrected.

Page 49: Reference to Contextual Data on right hand side should reference page 55 (not 52).

Page 94: Reference to Seven Wastes should reference page 100 (not 95).

Pages 198 and 207: The blue vertical line on the DOE Pareto diagrams should NOT overlay the AB term (i.e. it should pass behind all three terms, A, B and AB - they are ALL significant).

All these errors have been fixed in copies of Edition 3 that are despatched after the 1st June 2011.
